What this policy covers
This policy describes information handled when you use the Vyrqen Services LLC website, its enquiry form, and its FAQ assistant. It does not cover other websites or services you may visit through an external link.
Information you provide
If you submit the enquiry form, the site asks for your name, email address, a message, and optionally your business name. The site asks you to agree that the information will be sent to Vyrqen through the website’s contact form, which is processed by Netlify Forms. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal information, or confidential material.
This website does not accept online payments. Use your current invoice for project-specific payment instructions; do not send payment credentials through the enquiry form or assistant.
FAQ assistant
If you use the assistant, your question is matched against pre-written answers in your browser and is not sent anywhere. The site does not require an account and does not intentionally save assistant questions or responses in a site database. The current conversation remains in the open browser page and is lost when you reload or close it.
Do not enter sensitive or confidential information. AI responses may be incomplete or wrong and should not be treated as professional legal, financial, tax, or other specialist advice.
How enquiries are sent
When you submit the enquiry form and give consent, the details are submitted to Netlify Forms, which stores the submission for the site owner to review. This is not an email sent to you. The website application does not intentionally retain enquiries in its own persistent database. The platform and infrastructure providers may process technical information to operate and protect the service.
If an enquiry cannot be sent, the website will show an error rather than claim that it was received. No response time is promised on this website.
Cookies, analytics and external links
The current site does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies and does not embed social-media trackers. The platform that hosts the site may use technical mechanisms necessary to deliver, secure, or measure its services under its own terms. This website includes links between its pages; if external links are added, those destinations will have their own privacy practices.
Access, correction and privacy requests
If you want to ask about an enquiry you submitted or request a correction or deletion, submit a new enquiry through the contact form and write “Privacy request” in your message. Do not include more personal information than is needed to identify your request. The business should add a direct privacy contact and confirm the process and applicable statutory rights before launch.
Security and retention
The website is designed not to keep form submissions or AI conversations in its own database. Processing and technical log retention by the platform or other infrastructure providers may differ; confirm those providers’ current terms and the business’s retention arrangements before publication. No website can guarantee that information sent over the internet is completely secure.
Children and changes
This website is intended for business enquiries and is not designed to collect information from children. This policy may be updated if the site, its providers, or the information it collects changes. The updated version should show its revision date.
Business and jurisdiction details to confirm
Before treating this as a final policy, confirm Vyrqen Services LLC’s registered business details, the relevant privacy laws and jurisdiction, how Netlify Forms submissions are accessed and notified, the providers’ current data-handling terms, and a direct privacy contact. This general page is not legal advice.
